Please ensure all iCloud and Samsung account locks are removed from the device before returning your item, otherwise we will not be able to process your return.

Apple
If you're on iOS 10.3 or later, you'll need to do the following:
- Head to the Settings
- Select (your name) from the menu
- Scroll down and select Sign Out
- When prompted, enter your Apple ID password
- Select Turn Off
If you're on iOS 10.2 or earlier, you'll need to do the following:
- Go to Settings - iCloud - Sign Out
- Tap Sign Out again
- Then select Delete from (My device) from the menu
- When prompted, enter your Apple ID password.
- Select Settings - iTunes & App Store - Apple ID - Sign Out
iPad
If you're on iOS 10.3 or later, you'll need to do the following:
- Go to the Settings
- Tap (your name)
- Scroll down and tap Sign Out
- When prompted, enter your Apple ID password
- Return to the Settings page
- Tap General
- Tap Reset
- Choose Erase All Content and Settings near the bottom
- Confirm the changes by entering your Apple ID password
If you're on iOS 10.2 or earlier, you'll need to do the following:
- Head to Settings - iCloud - Sign Out
- Tap Sign Out again
- Then select Delete from [My device] from the menu
- When prompted, enter your Apple ID password.
- Then go to Settings - iTunes & App Store - Apple ID - Sign Out from the menu.
- Return to Settings and select General - Reset - Erase All Content and Preferences
- Confirm the changes by entering your Apple ID password.
- MacBook (Pro/Air)
If you're on macOS Catalina or later, follow these steps:
- Click System Preferences
- Click Apple ID
- Untick the box next to "Find My Mac"
- When prompted, type in your Apple ID password
- Click the Sign Out button
If you're on macOS Mojave or earlier, follow these steps:
- Click System Preferences
- Click iCloud
- Untick the box next to "Find My Mac"
- When prompted, type in your Apple ID password
- Click the Sign Out button

iPhone / iPad and MacBook (Pro/Air)
- Turn your device off
- Use your Apple ID credentials to log onto the iCloud website from a PC or laptop.
- Click Find My iPhone
- Select (My device) from the All-Devices drop-down menu
- Select Delete Account
- Click Remove on the confirmation message
Samsung
How do I remove Samsung account from my device?
Please be aware that we can only process devices they have the account removed, so it is crucial to remove your Samsung account before shipping your tech to us. This process is easy and can be done either from your device or by logging into the Samsung website. If we receive a locked device, we will send you an email with instructions on how to unlock it remotely. However, this will delay your payment.

- Tap the Apps icon on your device
- Open Settings
- Select Accounts
- Navigate to Samsung Account
- Select your email address
- Tap More in the top right-hand corner and select Remove Account
- Tap Remove Account
- Type in your password and then press confirm
- Click Remove Account
- Your Samsung account should now be successfully removed from your device

- Go to Samsung's website
- Sign into your account using your Samsung account credentials
- Select Find My Mobile
- Type in your password and click Sign In
- Click Registered Devices and choose your device
- Click the rubbish bin icon and accept the disclaimer
- Your Samsung account should now be remotely removed from your device
