What occurs if I'm not available during the day of delivery?

All orders delivered via DPD must be signed for – it is your responsibility to ensure you are available to receive delivery. DPD will notify you in the morning of your delivery with a 1-hour time slot. If you are unable to receive your delivery, DPD will leave a calling card to inform you they will try to deliver your item the following day. This will be updated on your order within ‘My Account’ on www.4gadgets.co.uk. If you are unable to receive your delivery the second time, your order will be returned to our warehouse and you will need to arrange for your order to be re-shipped at your own expense.

All orders delivered via Royal Mail will be on our Special delivery (arrives next day by 1pm, insured up to £500) service and tracking will be available in your ‘My Account’ on www.4gadgets.co.uk
