Is a signature required for delivery?
All items now require a PIN upon delivery and must be delivered to your shipping address. You will receive a text message on the morning of the day of delivery to the phone number you have provided on your order. You will also receive the same PIN number via your email address. If you cannot provide a PIN number at the time of your delivery, your delivery driver can resend a new PIN to your phone number or email address. Another person at your address with your PIN can receive delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are available to receive delivery. The DPD driver will take a photo of your open door and parcel upon receipt – they should never take a photo of you.
