If your gadget has heavy scratches, we'll still buy it, but you'll have to select "bad" during checkout. We understand that determining what constitutes significant scratching can be difficult, which is why we provide our Tech Price Promise. We'll either pay the indicated sum or send your gadget back to you free of charge.
