What is the process for trading in my device?

There are several steps to trade-in your device – below are the main ones:

• Select which phone you want to sell to us
• Choose how you want to get paid e.g., Bank Transfer, PayPal, Store Credit 
• Get a sales pack with your prepaid label
• Post your device to us by taking it to the post office.  Make sure you keep your receipt! 
• Wait for us to inspect your tech
• Receive an offer on the same day we receive your item
• Accept or reject our offer
