My item has been regraded. Why is this?

When your order arrives, we'll run it through a series of quality checks to make sure it's in the condition you specified. If the gadget you supplied does not meet this requirement after the assessment, it will be regraded, and a revised price will be sent to you, along with proof (sent in the form of a photo or video) to show the reason for regrading the device.

You will receive the revised offer via email, along with any reason(s) for the price change and the option to accept or decline it. After that, you'll have 14 days to accept or reject the new pricing.

If you accept the new price, we'll finish the transaction and process your payment so that it clears in your account the same day. If you accept the offer by 2 p.m. If you accept the offer after 2 p.m., payment will be made the following business day. If you decline the new pricing, we will return your device to you for free. This will be despatched via Royal Mail's monitored service in 48 hours. After you've declined the offer, your item will be shipped the following business day. After your item has left our warehouse, shipping should take place within 2-3 business days. We'll send you your tracking number via email once your item has been sent.
