Please note, we can only process devices that are unlocked, so it is crucial to remove your iCloud before shipping your tech to us. This process is easy and can be done either from your device or by logging into the iCloud or Samsung website. If we receive a locked device, we will send you email how to unlock it remotely, however this will result in delaying your payment.
