Can I update my return address?

If you decide not to accept our offer, we can return your tech back to you BUT only to the address you provided us. This is due to our insurance and security policies. Due to the cost of delivery, we can only re-attempt the redelivery of your device twice. If this device comes back to us after two unsuccessful attempts, it will be recycled on its return to us.
