Will I receive a replacement or a refund after I've returned my item?
If you've returned an item to us because it is faulty, we will ask if you want a repair, replacement or refund.
Please note, we offer refunds for 30 days after the date of purchase. Once this time frame has passed, we will only offer a refund if no replacement item is available.
All replacements are for a like-for-like device.
Replacement devices can only be issued dependent on stock levels at the time your return is processed. If we're unable to provide you with a replacement, we'll issue a refund back to your original payment method and notify you of this by email.
