Over the past year we have had many of our customers request a visit to our facility so they can view their handsets before purchasing them. We can now confirm that a click and collect facility is now available as an option when checking out with your order. Our collection facility allows you to purchase a device and view/collect the device before you take it home. Please follow these two easy steps to organise a collection with us:
1) Choose the device you wish to collect, add to cart and proceed to check out.
2) Select ‘collection’ under shipping option and set/confirm a 15 minute collection slot.
Important: Only the registered purchaser may collect the order. A photographic Driving License or Passport is required to prove your identity upon collection
The purpose of the collection facility is to enable you guys to personally view and self-assess your order. This is a useful option for those that are hesitant to buy a second hand phone for the first time or simply it may just be more convenient for you. We have set up a collection point and a 15 minute time slot system which is now active on our site and ready for use.
