Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Plus Rumours

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Plus Rumours

The launch of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and 10 Plus is fast approaching and rumours suggest, it’ll bring a host of significant updates to the Samsung Galaxy Note range!

When, Where and How Much?
As we get closer to Samsung's Galaxy Note 10 and larger Galaxy Note 10 Plus launch on August the 7th, more details and photos of the devices continue to make their way out and we are eager to find out all the latest updates.

According to sources, the Galaxy Note 10 will start at €999 in Europe, while the higher-spec Galaxy Note 10+ will be available for €1,149.

We can expect to see three versions of the Note 10 to arrive in August. the Note 10 Lite, Note 10 and Note 10+, with the latter two set to be made available in 5G variants.

What's New?
One difference between the Note 10 and Note 10 Plus is that only the latter will include a microSD slot, according to sources. Neither will feature a 3.5mm headphone jack. This would be one of the biggest changes we've ever seen to the Galaxy Note's release formula.

Reports claim that we can expect black and white versions of the new phones, according to the report, with the Note 10 coming in a red version while the larger model would feature a colour similar to the Breathing Crystal hue shown on the Huawei range.

Following the Galaxy big-screened devices, the Note 10 Plus will feature an impressive 6.8-inch display, with the Note 10 featuring a 6.4-inch display. Samsung’s progress with shrinking bezels and a more efficient design have allowed for a bigger screen as they continue to evolve. We've also heard rumours that the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 could have a 4500mAh battery - up from the 4,000mAh Battery on the Note 9.

Note 10 uses Samsung's Infinity-O panel with a cut out for the front-facing camera completely centred. It's an incredibly clean aesthetic, and with no fingerprint sensor found on the back or side of the phone, it's likely to be embedded underneath the screen similar to the Galaxy S10 and S10+.

As if there is not already enough to digest, Samsung is also planning to make some leaps with their “Fast Charging”. The Galaxy Note 10 could support up to 45w charging and 20w wireless charging!

The Galaxy Note 10 is said to offer three rear cameras — one for wide-angle pictures, another for “Ultra-Wide” pictures that allows you to fit more in each photo and a zoom lens. The Note 10+ model will add a “Depth Vision” camera, like the Galaxy S10+, which can improve portrait pictures and augmented reality (AR) apps.

Samsung was initially expected to deliver the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 855you can find in the Galaxy S10 line-up in the Galaxy Note 10. But there also looks to be an Exynos 9825 version too.

As for the S Pen, the latest rumours point to “Air Gestures” that will enable Samsung’s stylus to control and navigate the phone without directly touching the display. Samsung has included software features that detect when the S Pen hovers over the screen before, so we’ll have to see what’s new this time around. The S Pen will reportedly be blue for the silver Note 10; last year’s standout colour combo was the yellow stylus with blue Note 9.

The new Samsung additions are expected to be available on Aug. 23 after Samsung announces them on Aug. 7. Keep an eye out on our website for them to become available!
